Standing in the GAP for the Vulnerable and Voiceless

GAP will focus on establishing a tutoring program in 2020 for foster children who are at risk of not advancing in school due to the instability of foster care.  GAP, Inc. will connect middle and high school students to educators so they graduate and excel after aging out of foster care. The program will made available to children assigned to Collin, Cooke, Dallas, Denton, Tarrant, and Wise counties.  Our goal is to equip and empower foster children to be successful in their educational pursuits and to emerge with the confidence, skills, and knowledge to flourish and soar.
